Roy Pringle is president and chief executive officer of Vitalyst Health Foundation, which works to help communities be healthier and live well. He leads the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and impact in advancing health equity across Arizona.
He previously served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer, overseeing the foundation’s accounting, portfolio management, and administrative functions. Programmatically, he led the foundation’s vision-related policy and advocacy work to improve children’s vision health in Arizona. Through the Technical Assistance Partnership of Arizona (TAPAZ), he served as the lead executive for growing the fiscal sponsorship program to help build the financial capacity of the nonprofit sector in Arizona.
